Thank you so very much for the great job you did catering my father's memorial last week! You were wonderful to work with (as were the rest of your support staff), and the food was delicious! You are to be complimented as to the visual presentation, in addition to the "eats". My husband and his daughter are still raving about that chicken... They fought over the last of it! We've heard nothing but compliments and positive comments from so many, many people- and of course we've gladly provided them with your name and info.

Please accept out gratitude for your efforts. It was a difficult time for us, and you truly made things easier.  It was so totally excellent that you were good and true to your words!

Dear Culinary Specialists,

Thank you for the excellent catering job at the Sacramento Grand Ballroom for our wedding last August. You created an awesome menu and prepared and served it to perfection! We think it's the best food we've had at a wedding and our guests agreed! A Big Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure my favorite beer was at the reception. Sierra Nevada!

Your service staff did an excellent job- they made sure everyone's glass was full and had plenty of food. Hope you're having a busy summer.

Dear Culinary Specialists,

We truly cannot express in words our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible meal you served our guests. You made us all look so good, your chicken and tri-tip, were some of the best any of us have ever tasted.

As you know, Francis House depends on its donors, and to have the opportunity to treat them to such a gourmet feast truly allowed us to show them our fullest appreciation. As you also know, Francis House depends on businesses such as yours, not only for in-kind donations, but also for your understanding and support of the work we do. The needs of Sacramento's poor, especially the downtown homeless population, challenge most business owner's patience and robs them of the ability to hold on to a true sense of empathy and compassion. You stand tall among many as a business prepared to commit to the needs of the many and we are grateful.

Please know that we will promote your business any way we can and that we hope to continue to enjoy a working relationship with you that will include the promotion of an open forum for new ideas for meeting the needs of the homeless.

I want to thank you for the beautiful service on September 13th when we celebrated my daughter and son-in-law's 25th anniversary party here in Sun City, Roseville.

Pam, Damon and Toni did an excellent job serving the wonderful delicacies. Everyone raved about the food and the way it was displayed.
